We want every RUANNERIVE order to arrive safely and for the ordering process to feel clear and considered.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is included with every RUANNERIVE order.

A tracking number will be sent by email after your order has been dispatched. Free shipping covers the cost of standard delivery but does not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that may apply to an international order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch:

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International destinations: 7–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first update after dispatch.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to change an address, contact [RUANNERIVE@outlook.com] as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

RUANNERIVE is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by the customer.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or free-shipping offer and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at [RUANNERIVE@outlook.com] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable solution at no additional shipping cost to you.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, accessories, dust bags, and packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• The return must be approved before it is sent.

Contact [RUANNERIVE@outlook.com] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send an item back without authorization.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RUANNERIVE cannot be responsible for an unauthorized or untracked return that is lost in transit.
